An excellent tour.
I recently took this tour, and while the experience was ultimately a positive one, I did encounter some issues along the way. Initially, I was disappointed with the accommodations provided, as they did not meet my expectations. Additionally, some of the meals provided were not to my liking.
However, I must commend the tour company for their excellent customer service. When I raised my concerns, they were quick to address the issues and made every effort to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. They arranged for me to be transferred to a different hotel that better met my needs and provided me with more suitable meal options.
